Zhang Ping Ping
Zhang Ping Ping was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and went back to China to pursue her studies in 1960. Sha had worked as a member of a farm brigade in a village in Guangxi Province, a factory worker, and a laboratory technician in Beijing. After that she became an editor in Sun Ya Publications (HK) Ltd. and the Institute of Journalism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In 1999, she joined the Chinese Writers' Association. She is currently an Overseas Member of Indonesian Chinese Writers' Association and the advisor for various Chinese associations in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Her published works include literary biographies such as Li Qingzhao, adaptation of classics such as Cases of Judge Bao, storybook series including Daddy Long Legs, and science fictions.
